The Science of Daily Practice
Before undertaking a spiritual practice we should know the science behind the practice itself so we can identify what is being experienced in the body and mind and then understand what the foundation of a daily practice consists of.
Daily Practice Series 1
Learn a simple and quick daily practice with this series of asana postures, one breathing method and then harness the power gained from the practice through 'sankalpa' where you set intentions of what you want to manifest in your life.
Daily Practice Series 2
Once you have practiced Daily Practice 1 and become comfortable and stable in this routine try advancing to Daily Practice 2, adding more asana postures and breathwork to your routine.
Daily Practice Series 3
Once you have practiced Daily Practice 1 & 2 and feel confident and at ease with your routine, take it even further in Daily Practice 3, adding more advanced asana postures and breathwork.
